Are all your sterling silver items real sterling silver?
All our jewelry listed as Sterling Silver is genuine .925 Sterling Silver unless clearly stated otherwise. If it is not .925 sterling silver we let you know up front! We carry some beautiful pieces which may have genuine Swarovski crystals or other unique materials in them, but they are silver TONE items and not genuine .925 sterling silver. All those items are clearly listed as silver tone fashion jewelry and all our .925 sterling silver jewelry is clearly listed as such!

Can i pay for my purchase with a credit card or by electronic check?
We accept all major credit cards as well as electronic checks. We process all payments through Stripe and PayPal for the protection of our customers. Our customers are NOT required to have a Stripe or PayPal account themselves in order for us to process their payments! How quickly will you ship my merchandise?
We ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail and in most cases your merchandise will be shipped out within 3-5 business days from the date of payment verification. However, watches may take up to a week for us to ship out to our customers because in order to insure that each watch comes with a brand new battery already installed we do not order a watch from our supplier until a customer has finalized their purchase. This ensures our customers that their watch hasn't been sitting on a shelf for any extended period of time. When we say your new watch comes with a new battery already installed, we mean a BRAND NEW watch with a BRAND NEW battery! The only other exception to the 3-5 day shipping may be with the purchase of a new ring. Since we carry so many rings in so many different sizes, your desired size might not be in stock at the time your purchase is finalized so we would have to re order your size from our supplier which could take approximately one week. Please note that the USPS estimates 7-10 days delivery time for packages within the continental United States and 2 weeks or longer for International packages, so if you want your merchandise delivered faster, please contact us prior to finalizing your purchase so we can calculate the shipping cost to your location via Priority or Express mail.

What is the U.S.shipping cost?
ALL the merchandise in this storefront is shipped ANYWHERE within the United States via USPS First Class Mail FREE OF CHARGE! This also applies to a multiple purchase package as well! As long as it is being shipped within the United States it is FREE, whether you purchase one item or multiple items, no matter how much the package weighs! Do you have a refund policy?
All of our online storefronts offer the same refund policy. We will cheerfully grant a refund (less shipping) on any item that is materially different than as described, provided the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, pending inspection for damage or defect.
