SHIPPING: We offer FREE First Class Shipping on ALL of our merchandise, anywhere in the United States, no matter how many items are purchased or how much the package weighs! If you desire faster shipping simply contact us prior to finalizing your purchase for our calculated express or priority shipping rates. If you order early and are prepared to wait one week to ten days for delivery, then there is nothing you need to do but finalize your purchase and we will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment confirmation via USPS First Class Mail FREE OF CHARGE! All International buyers are charged a flat rate shipping fee as indicated in our listing and we will combine any multiple purchase and charge one flat International shipping fee. International buyers can contact us PRIOR to finalizing their purchase so we can calculate their shipping cost if they prefer express or priority shipping. International buyers please note that any additional import fee or tax is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Feel free to contact us for additional information concerning our shipping policy. Priority, Express, and International shipping is calculated following the USPS shipping rates and if the cost is less than what we calculate, we will immediately refund the difference back to our customer!
Special Shipping Circumstances: With over 200 storefronts on various venues and an inventory of over 10,000 different items, there may occasionally be an inventory flow interruption that could delay shipping up to two weeks after the purchase confirmation. We contact any customer whose package falls outside the 5 business day window of any delay, and if we cannot ship within 2 weeks the option of a complete refund is available.
PAYMENTS: Our payment policy is as simple and straight forward as our shipping! There is no need to "join" eCrater, be a "member" of this site, or sign in to shop! You don't even need a PayPal account to finalize your purchase from us! If you do have a PayPal account just go right ahead and shop at your leisure! You can also finalize your purchase with any major credit card! All major credit cards are processed through Stripe for the protection of our customers and no banking or financial information is shared with us. RETURN POLICY: It is our policy to cheerfully grant refunds on any product that is materially different than as described, provided the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, pending inspection for damage or defects.
Special Circumstances: Due to previous attempts to purchase expensive jewelry pieces to wear on a special occasion and then returning the piece for a refund, please refer to our refund policy.....we will issue a refund if the item is materially different than as described. It is at the discretion of jewelrymandave who personally hand inspects each piece prior to shipping, that if it is determined an expensive item ($75.00 or more) was purchased with the intention of returning after one use, our refund policy will be considered null and void.
